Chitra Express is a concern of Bangladesh Industrial supplycompany Ltd (BISCL). BISCL started its journey from February 2019. BISCLdeveloped a website www.chitraexpress.com.bd` that has almost 15,000 products. Main purpose of BISCL is not to sell goods. BISCL is working to develop a platform or a market place where different kinds of supplier, importer, local manufacturer, local supplier can come together and place there online shop on BISCL platform. As well as our industrial buyer will have the opportunity to communicate with all kinds of supplier and they can negotiate with them on their own way. They can submit their demand or can take help from BISCl customer Service (BCS) to create an agreement. BISCL takes guarantee of the money. It ensures supplier that they will get money instantly whenever the product reaches to its buyer and the buyer confirms that products are ok as per agreement.Before delivering the products, BISCL takes money from buyer. If products do not match with the agreement than BISCL suggests the buyer to return the products and after reaching the products to supplier warehouse than BISCL provide full cash back to buyer or gives another chance to select another buyer.

That is how supplier gets a negative point from BISCL. If buyer has no enough time to select their preferable supplier on their own then they have the opportunity to make a call to BCS directly and submit their whole requirement, Then BISCL Customer Service (BCS) creates an agreement and confirms with the buyer. Then BISCL offers the buyer the three best-rated suppliers. Selected one will supply the goods. BISCL has its own logistic support 24/7.

BISCL has been working with some industries for almost 1year before COVID-19. During COVID-19 BISCL stopped their industrial supply.
